The Caledonian Banquet hall is perfect for weddings, cabaret's and other special events. It can accomodate any number of people, as it can be sectioned to form smaller spaces.
 
 
*When you rent our banquet hall, it is required for you to obtain your own liquor license. There is no corkage charge, however you provide your own liquor, mix, and glasses. We supply ice!
*You may hire your own bartenders, or hire ours for $12/hour.
*Our optional wine glass rental is $30 per 100 glasses.
*We have enough tables and chairs to accomodate 400 people, and white linen table clothes are provided if you use our catering service. A large Foster Fridge is also included in the banquet hall rental should you chose to use it. Please note that the banquet hall rental does not include a kitchen rental. Please inquire to Donna at 525-8171 for more information on renting the kitchen.
*Our banquet hall rental includes set up the day before, and clean up/gift opening the day after.
Costs:
Hall rental with 100 or more full meals catered: $400
Hall rental with 75-100 full meals catered: $600
Hall rental with 50-75 full meals catered: $700
Hall rental without catering: $800
Our Policies:
*We require your final numbers 72 hours before the event.
*No outside caterers are permitted.
*A $200 deposit is required at your time of booking. Your deposit is refundable up to 2 months after your time of booking.
*A damage deposit may be required at the Callie Club's discretion.
*A contract must be signed at your time of booking.
